This page explains how personal data of visitors to the Physis PEB website is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian data protection law.

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

• Data you send us: name, email address and the content of your message when you write to us through the contact form, the "Support us" form or by email.
• Technical data: when you visit the site, the hosting server and the font provider (Google Fonts) may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and time of the request. This is needed to deliver the pages and is not used to identify you.

WHY WE USE IT

We use the data you send us only to reply to your request and to manage any collaboration or sponsorship you ask about. The legal basis is your request itself and our legitimate interest in answering it (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Technical data is processed only to make the site work and keep it secure.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not create profiles.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months, unless an ongoing collaboration requires otherwise.

WHO CAN SEE IT

Your data is accessible only to the Physis PEB members who handle communications, and to technical providers (such as the hosting and email service) strictly for providing their service. Data is not disclosed to third parties for any other purpose.

EXTERNAL LINKS

The site contains links to social networks (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and to other websites. When you follow these links you leave our site, and the privacy policy of the respective service applies.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its processing, or receive a copy of it (arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to physispeb@polimi.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

• Dati che ci invii: nome, indirizzo email e contenuto del messaggio quando ci scrivi tramite il modulo di contatto, il modulo "Sostienici" o via email.
• Dati tecnici: quando visiti il sito, il server che lo ospita e il fornitore dei caratteri (Google Fonts) possono ricevere automaticamente informazioni tecniche come l'indirizzo IP, il tipo di browser e l'orario della richiesta. Servono a mostrare le pagine e non vengono usate per identificarti.

PERCHÉ LI USIAMO

Usiamo i dati che ci invii solo per rispondere alla tua richiesta e per gestire eventuali collaborazioni o sponsorizzazioni di cui ci chiedi. La base giuridica è la tua stessa richiesta e il nostro legittimo interesse a risponderti (art. 6(1)(b) e (f) GDPR). I dati tecnici sono trattati solo per far funzionare il sito e mantenerlo sicuro.

I messaggi vengono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestire la tua richiesta e comunque non oltre 24 mesi, salvo che una collaborazione in corso richieda diversamente.

I tuoi dati sono accessibili solo ai membri di Physis PEB che gestiscono le comunicazioni e ai fornitori tecnici (come il servizio di hosting e di posta), esclusivamente per fornire il loro servizio. I dati non vengono comunicati a terzi per nessun altro scopo.
